Welcome to class one of a four part class series where we break down the foundational aspects of Human Design!

In this three hour Human Design workshop, we'll explore in, detail, the nine Centers found within the Human Design body graph, including the Root, Solar Plexus, Sacral, Spleen, Ego, G, Throat, Head, and Crown Centers. We'll discuss definition vs. openness, the role and function of each Center - both physically and energetically, how the Centers "speak" to us, and how these Centers affect YOUR unique design!
