Are you curious about yoga? Do you enjoy exploring beautiful surroundings, eating nourishing food, and hanging out with uplifting, joy filled individuals? If the answer is YES (or at least a hard maybe) to any of these questions this retreat is for you! Join us as we “Shake the Dust” so to speak through self-exploration and expansion through physical asana, meditation, and energy work. Our journey takes place at Xinalani - an exclusive Yoga Retreat Center nestled along the coast of the emerald ocean in the lush jungle surroundings of Puerto Vallarta. Collectively we will move, feel, breath, and bond, enjoying all of the beauty that connection offers, with plenty of space and free time for you to simply be with "you."

After getting your body moving and your mind centered, we’ll enjoy a yummy breakfast together as a group. Enjoy a few hours of free time before and after lunch to do you. Relax by the pool, pamper yourself with a spa treatment, play at the beach, explore an optional excursion, or simply kick it in your room...the choice is all yours. On non-workshop days, we will regroup most evenings for a more restorative Feel Good Yoga, followed by an amazing meal filled with conversation and connection. Additionally, you can opt-in to participate in a Temezcal Ceremony or Breathwork/Ice Bath Session to awaken your soul! More information, along with a detailed itinerary will be sent out closer to date. Everything we put on the itinerary is optional. This is after all, YOUR retreat. Savor every beautiful moment!

YOGA Most days will be offered twice daily. Nikki will kick off each morning with a creative yet approachable chakra focused Power Vinyasa Yoga flow meant to invigorate and restore, bringing balance to the mind, body and spirit. All levels welcome! On non-workshop days, Shannon will end each day with a Feel Good Flow, a restorative style of yoga focused on connecting you to your best self!

SOUND HEALING During our retreat, we’ll offer a transformative sound bath experience faciliated by Nikki, placing a special emphasis on crystal sound bowls meticulously tuned to resonate with the energy centers of our chakras. You’ll be guided through a journey of relaxation and inner exploration, as the soothing vibrations from the crystal sound bowls wash over you. Moving through each chakra, the bowls' harmonious sounds facilitate a deep sense of balance and alignment. By the end of this sound bath, you'll emerge feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply in tune with your inner self, grateful for the healing power of the crystal sound bowls on this transformative retreat.

HUMAN DESIGN Interested in learning more about how you are naturally gifted? Nikki will host a Human Design 101 Workshop. Human Design is a system that blends together concepts found in the Chinese I’Ching, Western Astrology, the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, and the Chakra system. The unique energies that comprise your body graph are determined by your natal chart information. Together, these energies weave the story of who you came here to be and what karma you came here to correct. Human Design is literally a map of your genetic expression. In learning which specific energies or traits are inherently “YOU”, you can fully embrace and share these natural gifts with the world, stepping into your divine purpose with intention and authority.

MINI PHOTO SESSION As a group, our retreat experience will be documented. Opt in to receive a mini individualized 10 minute photo session at a location of your choice. Return home with professional vacation photos of you in paradise!

Refund Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable. Should the need to cancel your retreat arise, you must do so 60 days prior to your departure date to receive a full refund for payments made, minus the deposit.
